Basically, the company wanted me to do in-house training to work on a bunch of their heavier equipment, which would add a ton to my plate, as well as a huge amount of responsibility and liability (Like, if I fuck up and cause an accident I'm gone). Also a huge amount of hassle and bullshit tedious work I don't want to do. But zero pay increase. Just extra burdens. So I just said no. Might be having some conversations on Monday but fuck it, I'm not dealing with that shit.
