You know how some convenience stores (i.e. Circle K) have put those screens at checkout that will ask you to rate the service your recieved? I just saw a cashier reach over and tap “Excellent” when the customer before me left without picking an option. I high fived her because that is some awesome initiative. You know some corporate asshole came up with that thinking they were gonna get some real time feedback they could use against their frontline workers.
