I got hurt on the clock and knowing it's a small business I lied and said I was off the clock at the time so my insurance would pick it up, just got bitched at for asking to work during the day on a particular day so I can do something that means a lot to me that night. Lesson learned: Don't save the company money because they don't care about people. Now I want to just quit.
