I might genuinely get fired from my job because I didn’t want to send up dangerous foods.

Burner account because I really don't feel like being yelled at. So I come into my shift yesterday early, and the kitchen is a disaster, my station is wrecked, and there is a lot of orders still up. Once I get all those orders cleaned up and the supper rush done, it's about 10:30pm. I am waiting for a side for dish to go up, and the server manager happens to come up to me and ask me why I can't just use the chicken breasts that just came off the grill, to which I reply that it could be a potential health hazard as it hasn't gone through the restraunt mandated number of times. She tries to order me to do this by saying she's closing manager, and I told her that I wasn't really willing to risk potential food poisoning or other issues for the food to go up 3 minutes earlier, and to just wait for the chicken already in the oven to come out in a few minutes. After this she storms off in a huff and comes back to tell me that I'll be talking to the store owner “to see if I'm right.” Despite the fact multiple kitchen managers have told me to NEVER EVER send up recently grilled / unfinished prep chicken unless absolutely necessary.

Tldr: I had a miserable start to my day, and as soon as I got essentially bullied by a manager of servers into trying to send dangerous food items up, and now since I resisted, I'm going to possibly get fired.

Also we have no bonuses at all, all our work parties were canceled years ago, our tip pool percentage is tiny, and the kitchen managers are both out for injury, and the supervisors are being beaten down by work constantly.
