After many months of digging, I have finally found proof that the time with my boss was sworn in under oath, and asked questions, that she lied.
The recording is extremely traumatic for me to hear. I haven’t been able to bring myself to it. But I have the whole trial recorded for unemployment, specifically her being sworn in, her being asked a question from me, her denying a call took place, which was her searching for new employees while, I was on FMLA. I now have a copy of the voicemail and the transcript that proves she was lying. I was going to post it on their Facebook page. They are a school district. This is outside of the timeframe for me to be able to legally do anything about it. But I am hurt. And she got away with perjury.
