Hello everyone,
I work from home and the job I have requires a disability. I won’t go into details on my disability to protect my privacy. My medical condition comes with Dr Appointments in order to keep me alive. I hate missing work but I have to attend these appoints.
Over the past 5 months I have put in 4 request to leave early to attend said appointments. All of these request we’re 2-3 weeks in advance. The gentleman in charge of asking for time off has declined me all 4 times. I have always had sick time vaulters to cover any missed time.
Who should I reach out to within my company to help me here? I feel stuck and stressed out..
Please someone help me here..
