As the title says, before I was hired I made sure to specify on my availability that I was only available for work between the hours of 2pm and midnight. This is bc I have to be up at 5am to get my brother for work, and prepare my little brother for school. I'm the only one with a license so I need enough rest to atleast be able to drive.
All of my shifts have a start time, but no end time specified. I'm expected to be staying atleast an hour after 12AM if not an upwards of 2 hrs even though that goes against my previously specified availability. Not rlly sure what to do
