Example. They were hiring for a pastry maker for $20 an hour. Sounded fair so I looked at the qualifications.
“4 Years experience”
So I emailed them and said
“4 YEARS EXPERIENCE ???? TO BAKE PASTRIES??? ARE YOU FUCKING NUTS???”
Another was a job that was paying minimum wage to literally use your own car. No fuel or gas expenses compensated. I gave them a good screaming through the email.
“MINIMUM WAGE TO USE OUR OWN CAR?? ARE YOU NUTS????”
Also the jobs that don't post the pay, I'll send a quick email with caps lock subject line.
“WHATS THE PAY???????”
It doesn't accomplish anything other than make me feel a little recompense sticking it to these cheapskates.
How the hell are you going to pay a licensed math instructor only $17 an hour? Why do you expect a pastry Baker to have four years experience?
