I don’t know if this is a phase I go through or if anyone has gone through this before? I work as a production welder, and I have been with this company for about a year. I have good pay and benefits but my mind just isn’t in it anymore. There is nothing to learn there. Sure I can do something new and weld but there are different things I want to do in my craft and go into a different trade and weld but do something else in the trade too. So I think it is time for a change.
