Some backstory, we are currently at less than half the required operating staff. Everyone is trying to fit in the work of 2 people in the same hours for the same pay, and the boss has taken over 3 roles at once.
In an attempt my attempt to speak with him about how this is majorly affecting our customers, and point out that his instruction actually places our highest paying customers at the bottom of the list for service, he puts his fingers in his ears and starts rolling his tongue “alalalalalalaalalalalal” for about 20s until I just walked out and got on with my day.
How the hell am I supposed to react to that? He’s bipolar and is known for aggressive outbursts however in the 4 years I’ve been there I’ve never seen him act so unprofessionally before.
