I put in my 2 weeks a few days ago after learning my manager and coworker were saying really inappropriate things about me and my weird ex boss who waited till I was 18 to try to sleep with me, I decided I'd had enough of their constant gossip, so I quit.
Since I quit, they scheduled me for working 7 days in a row (they've never done that), and then after a day break, I'm on for another 6 days in a row (they always make sure everyone else only works 5 days in a row).
Now, before I quit, my normal days off were Tuesdays and Wednesdays. A month ago, I was planning on asking for Halloween off, but figured I didn't really need to because I have Tuesday off anyways. They know I didn't really enjoy working Halloween last year (I'm goth so Halloweens a fun night for me lol), so with my day off being Tuesday and having 2 other coworkers who don't care about working Halloween, I assumed it'd be fine.
It's not the biggest deal ever, but they ended up scheduling me for the 31st, and I'm just a little pissed off, I guess. It wouldn't be a big deal if they gave me a day shift, but it's a night shift which just sucks.
I've also noticed they've become a little more snarky since putting in my 2 weeks. They won't directly talk to me about me quitting and haven't even acknowledged it to my face, they instead ask around about why I'm quitting. People in other departments come to me and say “we'll miss you so much!” or “I'm so sad you're leaving”, but my own coworkers and managers won't say shit to me. I'm starting to regret giving them 2 weeks instead of just 1.
