Background: I received an email about an interesting hybrid role so I asked how many days a week in the office and pay since I may be interested if its 1-2 days or as needed. He follows back up with 3 days in the office which does not work for me. I thanked him but said I am 100% remote and the role will not work for me ,but if he comes across any remote roles I would be interested.
