I want to ask for a raise, advice needed

Alrighty, idk where to start…. I am working at a specialty restaurant, was hired and trained before the grand opening. The 1 year anniverssary is this December. This was my first food industry/serving job, not my first costumer service job though. I also did culinary class all thru highschool which gave me serving/catering know-how, just not the on the ground experience. So out of all the staff I have the least experience and so I am paid the least. Minimum here is $15, average server jobs $9. I make $12, plus 70% tips, 30% gets thrown into a pot for back of the house, which i do not mind at all. Other staff are making $16 or even $17. The bosses (married couple, first time restaurant owners, neither had careers in food industry, but lots of project mngtmt n business stuff) are always commenting on ways we can improve the…

The bosses (married couple, first time restaurant owners, neither had careers in food industry, but lots of project mngtmt n business stuff) are always commenting on ways we can improve the costumer's experiences, pushing us to up sell, and basically if ur 'leaning ur cleaning' bs.

They arent horrible bosses, I lucked out on a super fun job in a super stressfull job field but I seem to be the only 1 on staff that feels the basic goods that the bosses bring to the job (not shit pay basically) make the standard awfull shit they picked up from being capitalists all their lives seem like its not our issue anymore.

I mentioned my frustrations to a coworker how they are Demanding More Work but not Offering More Pay. And he whips back to me, a man in a worker's union, “well the average server is paid 9 bucks so…”

I told him that that didnt make it any more fair?? Like what is that logic??

And we arent JUST simply servers! My job is as a Waiter / Game Guide. The restaurant houses hundreds of board games that you can play with while you eat n' drink. I am learning dozens of boards games to be able to guide n assist costumers, tell when pieces are missing, what pieces in the lost n found go where, keeping the bookshelves orderly as we have a full system n people love to jus shove things to the back of a bookshelf…

Some nights they even ask a server to wash dishes! That shit aint in my job desc…

I'm sorry, I'm all over the place cause I need the job in the mean time but I aint doin more work when the other staff are being paid more. They have more incentive, I do not…

How would I go about supporting my argument for a raise?
How can I avoid them demanding I step up first when I have grown exponetially as a server since i first began?

Our hand held tablets ask for thumbs ups or where satisfaction was felt most after the costumer pays. I usually dont have the time to let them go thru it fully, i gotta bus n walk food etc, so i know outta all staff i have basically zero virtual data on my preformance at least client wise. But I am mentioned in our yelp reviews.
