From the constant sexual harassment of female employees, to the blatant favoritism, self serving narcissism, and cognitive dissonance that anything bad could be their fault. All of it gives me the urge to throw hands. I can’t give too many details, they lurks on Reddit. They might even be reading this right now. If you’re a boss and reading this, take a long hard look in the mirror and ask yourself if you’re this toxic.
