I was fired Monday

I had spinal surgery scheduled in a month, no FMLA because they don’t meet the 50 employees rule. Everything about my surgery was sent to HR and they let me know it would be up to my boss and he said it was fine, I can work from home, etc. I had then asked my boss, who is out of office for a month, for accommodations like working more closely with a lead or being on a different team. I was there almost a year and a half, I never was in any trouble and to my knowledge had the highest production in the office. The whole office is doing bad. I don’t…

I was denied. I saw that on the ADA page, I tried.

I was there almost a year and a half, I never was in any trouble and to my knowledge had the highest production in the office.

The whole office is doing bad.
