The company has me working at 150% capacity for the past few months, and now my manager is out on PTO, half my team is sick, and I'm on 10 massive projects with zero support.
There was no way I was going to be able to finish my projects over time. After having 2 breakdowns in 1 week, I cleared out my weekend plans to try and salvage things.
But you know what, maybe I should just let things break. We've had 3 separate triage meetings already with nothing being done at all to address the situation.
There's got to be a point where its just simply above my pay grade to solve and if things crash and burn then so be it.
So no, I think this weekend I'm not going to spend a single minute on work anymore.
