I'm generally a straightforward person. I do things out in the open because I can't stand games, but that's all they do at work. Games, games, games. Gotcha games, sneak attacks, secret shoppers, tricks, traps and on and on. Oh, you're going to be gone tomorrow for surgery? That's the day we'll be there to audit your office because we can trick the rest of the staff a lot easier and they haven't been there at long so they won't know where things are or the answers to the questions that'll be asked and we can score you lower on purpose. Oh, we have 3,000 rules for customer interaction and we're gonna send moles (secret shoppers) to tattle on you for stupid shit that real customer don't even give a damn about. They always say that they're coming to help you but when they get there, it's only to find the slightest stupid shit they can possibly find wrong. I could go on and on with that shit.
The games we must play so that the people at the bottom are full of anxiety and worry and always scrambling with no chance of it ever being good enough. Soooo sick of the corporate games. The rat race. The lies. The tricks. Can never be above board, always has to be underhanded.
