I worked at this company before as a seasonal hire with a year and half job gap in October 2022. Last week I went to the same company with less than a year job gap and I have experience for the same position I was applying. The interviewer asked I looked old enough to have previous jobs. I told him, I had these jobs and so on. The interviewer was like “Why didn't you stay at those jobs?” I said, “looking for new opportunities.” The interviewer said: “We have no opening for you, we are looking for someone with a stable position.”
Is there some type of discrimination? I know I am qualified for the same job I had before.
