TL;DR: My Supervisor wrote me up for standing at my station, talking, and not having any work to work on. And my lead never told me she was putting me in a violation.

Feedback:
[REDACTED], on May 3rd you were placed in the violation log for not being on task and getting out of your workstation to talk with another associate. You were placed in the violation log 7 times after being instructed by your Lead & supervisor to remain on task and in your work area. You were also informed and placed in the violation log twice on May 10th to make sure you are working. You are in a key and vital area on Prep. When the line is slowing down, you are to remain prepping casing with buttons and holders, also it has been instructed for you to grab your buttons from the parts area and pair the correct cases together. You are then to fill up the rack with cases. You decided to stop working, turn around from your workstation for more than 10 minutes. You were asked by the lead is you needed any tools and you responded “no” and continued to not stay on task. [REDACTED] it is your job to remain focused on your work and busy, and the parts rack was not filled or being filled up each moment you stopped working. Please make sure you continue to stay focused as in May you have already received verbal feedback from your leaders 9 times. Not being on task again can result into a disciplinary action.”
I now get yelled at for not leaving my station to put parts where they need to go.
