I wish work was structured more like college

Where basically the 9-5 system would be obsolete and employees would be able to work with their managers to schedule a time to come in to get whatever tasks done they need to get done within a certain time period and then come home. This would solve so many issues with works mental health and would prevent many people from getting abused
