I work 12h shifts. I plan to stay in my job till (?)

Hey! I got this job doing 12h shifts, long and short week in really big car manufacturer. I'm in low position but I can speak English and I have nice results in terms of work understanding and overall working great. I can get promotional, because my work ethic and English skills for being able to teach new foreigns later ( also if I manage to learn Russian or UA I can be really useful for them, almost like a gem ). Anyway I planned to stay there till I have enough to start something (anything meaningful) myself. My question leads to, how long I can do this, if I just didn't work past years and it's really hard to keep myself in. I was in so many jobs in many fields and so, I can get something going on later with not that much limitations. I'm just not sure, how…

I know it's not regular r/antiwork post, I'm probably not like many of you guys here doing 12h shifts and so, but you guys have head full of ideas outside these typical jobs and I want to hear them. I want to hear anything you want to say.
