I work 45-50 hours a week at a job I loathe, my boss is trying to get me to work Saturday’s which are optional in our employee handbook. I told him I can’t do it.

Now he’s treating me like shit and acting like it’s a personal insult to him that I won’t come in on Saturday’s. My father works for the company and it’s close to retiring, the only reason I am still at the company is because of him, I really cannot wait to quit this place and might consider leaving before my dad retires.
