I work for a drug dealer, not a pharmacist

A couple of months ago I started a new job, the responsible pharmacist (in his 60s, never married ) seemed like a very nice guy – very calm and jokey during the interview This completely changed once I started working there. He has a short temper, yells profanities at staff for small mistakes and has even caused some of the former staff to suffer mental breakdowns where they landed in a mental health institution to recover from the verbal and emotional abuse he has put them through . The staff turnover is high because people keep quitting. He deals in unethical practises by supplying narcotic level medication to people without prescriptions, gets them hooked and that’s how he gets them to keep coming back to the pharmacy I don’t understand how he is such a friendly person to patients, but he treats staff like absolute crap. I don’t understand how he is such a friendly person to patients, but he treats staff like absolute crap. I really wish I could beat his ass senseless, but I have a family to think about
