Idea: What if we all inflate our salaries on glassdoor? If anyone looks, they’ll always feel underpaid and ask for raises more frequently. Could this work?

So I went on Glassdoor to see salaries for my position at my company, it is a large one. Whenever you login, it wants you to put your salary in there. I am wondering if I should inflate it, like add 20%, so that way if any of my coworkers check, it shows that someone is making quite a bit more than actual, so they feel undervalued, so they ask for raises, etc etc etc etc. Thoughts? What if everyone started doing this?
