Working in a autoparts store nearly 10 years,about 7 years ago we started doing minor service work and tyres. We now have a tyre fitter here 10 months and he's lazy and useless.
The worker comes to work strongly smelling of cannabis and when he arrives back from lunch he's the same.
He does very little,cant do his job even after 10 months here,spends more time on tiktok and Facebook than actually working. Hes constantly high and has even fallen asleep in work.
Management wont do anything about it even though its been brought up numerous times. Hes caused a major amount of damage to customers vehicles while carrying out repairs and has damaged and broken alot of equipment in the workshop
The workshop looks like a recycling facility with tyres everywhere and boxs from car parts just left while he sits around moistening his chair
What can be done before I end up in an asylum
