Our VP at a recent team meeting said “My door is always open, come schedule a meeting anytime I'll discuss goals with you”.
Horseshit. My teammate reached out a couple times and was ghosted each time and told it would happen but it never did.
Meanwhile I've seen several good looking women come in and out of his office that aren't even in our space. The door has been conveniently open for them this whole time, but not us.
I told my teammate it was a huge waste of time. I've known the guy for a while and worked for him years ago in a different role. He got his position through luck and is an idiot. Knows nothing about his business.
When I was on another team he'd always walk by and chat up my attractive coworker who didn't even work with his area ever. He didn't so much as acknowledge me, when I worked for him for several years on high profile projects for our partners.
This guy has done so much damage to our area. Has bottlenecked and red-lighted huge initiatives that could've saved us so much money. Because he lacks the business acumen to understand them.
I'm thinking about making an ass out of him in our next meeting by asking him basic questions about our business area that he should know but doesn't. But want to hear from you guys. How can I fuck this guy over like he's repeatedly fucked his department and company over several times?
