This is kind of a joke post but I just wanted to share a proletariat gamer move I pulled with a company I worked for. I was a loyal, hardworking, and valued at my job.
After years of 50¢ raises and being ignored when asking for a raise, I quit and found something that paid better, similar hours (overnight on weekends). I’ve been there for four months and it’s a nightmare. Management is off the rails.
So I called my old company back and gave them my requirements to work for them and they found me a job that is exactly what I had been asking for but was ignored for years.
I was valued but ignored, I left and they suffered for it, I return at a cost which they are inclined to accept
