if you happen to have any kind of visible or invisible chronic illness at my job, you’re just shit outta luck

just gonna put here that my workplace makes sure that anyone with a disability cannot work there with the physical requirements of the job and definitely any employee that may use mobility aids cannot access the bathroom, of which the entrance looks like that on an almost daily basis. if you happen to have an invisible chronic illness at my job, you're out of luck since you're forced to work partially outdoors during the summer and in a metal building, with the a/c going out at least once a week. the temperature on the thermostat has risen even higher than what was pictured before anyone gave a crap enough to think about fixing the a/c, and even then it was never about the employees or their safety. no one is permitted to sit down on the clock and there is constant camera surveillance from the managers and corporate to ensure…
