Interview this morning at a nearby hotel. I was told by the interviewer that the job requires some training days that would not be paid out until I complete 30 days of employment. As explained as not to be a drain on establishment resources for those who train and quit. My interviewer said they trained for 5 days. I haven't signed anything and they'd potentially like me to start as soon as tomorrow.
This seems less than legal but I'm not sure how to approach addressing the issue with them.
