Having those 2 weeks off, across the country with absolutely nothing to do and nowhere to be, in a nicer car than I have at home with much more beautiful scenery as well, made my day to day depression about work increase x100. While I was there everything was fine but now that Im back and had my first day back Im so incredibly down that I dont know how to bounce back. Can anyone please give me some advice on how to positively transition my thoughts back to a better state?
