i hate who i work for. it makes me sad because i do actually love my job and my team, but i’m a manager making $13 an hour. minimum just went up to $12 on jan 1. so they bumped our associates up to $12, but they started getting paid $12 on christmas. i was making 12.25 up until YESTERDAY january 8th. they just bumped me up to $13 and won’t give me back pay. at times im responsible for an ENTIRE STORE BY MYSELF and for TWO WEEKS you paid me an extra 25 CENTS i fucking hate it here
