So I got hired as a receptionist a year ago. I answer the ever-ringing phone and mails all day and greet the various visitors.

Complaints department – the staff there quit and it took the company almost a year to replace them because they offer a shit wage. This alone is a full-time job because we get tons of returns and complains.

General ordering and preparing of fairs for our sales departments. Management is ancient and wants me to actually drive to the store for most stuff, instead of having it delivered. And before I can buy anything, I need my bosses written approval which always takes ages and causes me more stress because by that point there's not much time left.

Helping other departments when they're understaffed (which happens often)

Training the new staff of the complaints department. He's smart but very young and inexperienced, so I must admit it gets exhausting. Also I tell him the priorities and dead lines for stuff but he keeps forgetting them.
I'm fcking sick of it. Can't I, just for once, do MY job and my job only and go home NOT completely drained?
