We agreed on a salary lower than I wanted but was told my quarterly bonuses would equate to what I was asking for. I am well into the fourth quarter with no bonus. I have covered multiple shifts for them with no extra time off or compensation. We are about to have a meeting requested by me. I have heard from others that the owner intends to use this opportunity to tell me who they want to fire and “how it’s going to be” me all the while knowing this is a meeting about my money. He owes me quite a large chunk money at this point and just purchased a new car. A nice car. Everyone around me says I am justified in leaving but I need to know that I am not being placated.
