I’m being “quiet fired” but I can’t afford to quit

There has recently been in a change in management where I work. The new manager doesn’t acknowledge me, won’t talk to me, took away a promotion I had been promised by the previous manager, and has given me the least amount of hours compared to my coworkers. This has been since the second I met them, with no previous interactions. I don’t want to be there, but I cannot afford to quit PERIOD. I am already making not enough to be alive. Does anyone have advice on how to amend this situation? What can I do to turn this around and be acknowledged as a good employee? I’m just at a loss. 🙁
