Im so frustrated. I work in safety in a company that just doesn't care and continuously obstructs my work and places the bottom line over people's lives. I want to quit but I also want to have kids soon and maternity leave doesn't kick in for the first year in a lot of places. So I'm basically stuck until I'm done having babies, in a company that is going to get someone killed while I'm helpless to stop it.
