I’m fine, thanks for asking?

Started new job three weeks ago. In my interview I asked to only work two days a week (I’m a full time student) and gave all the potential availability I had – and ended up rearranging my extracurricular schedule to fit the days/times they said they needed. Lo and behold, I’ve been working 5 days a week through every possible hour I gave. I also haven’t even signed a W-4, despite receiving my first paycheck. When I went to my boss to fill one out, she said that we still needed to do my orientation with another new employee and that I could fill it out whenever we found the time to do that. Feeling frustrated, and a little sussed.
