I’m in a tough situation

So I'm an office manager working in construction. I am assigned to work different jobs around the state, but work out of the main office. There are 3 floors in the building, 3rd floor is for execs, rest of us on the 2nd. Shit started hitting the fan when they turned up the heat to the point where we would be sweating sitting in our cubicles. The way the building is designed, makes it so that place is heated/cooled uniformly. The 3rd floor have windows in their offices, we are in cubicles. I've been complaining about the heat for about 6 months now, they refuse to lower it, they say the 3rd floor is cold and we just have to deal with it.

Everyone on the 3rd floor is in the latter stages of their careers (if you get what I mean) so I can understand that they can get cold, but it's easier to wear a sweater, rather than stripping down.

Another thing that absolutely pisses me off is that we aren't allowed to work from home. We don't interact face to face with anyone through the day, everything is done via email or phone.

They make us come into the office because it's not fair to everyone else who has to come in to to their jobs. I mean, some of these guys make over 120k+ working here. I don't even make close to that much, it wouldn't be fair for me to ask to be paid the same now would it?

We also work on old ass systems, shit feels like I'm booting up windows 95 everytime we need to do something, we work on an extension of oracle that they don't even service anymore. So there's not many transferable skills. As an office manager, the software we have experience in does help I netting offers.

The work is actually chill other than all that BS above, I don't get busy usually. Most of my free time in on Netflix. This shit has been bugging me for months. It pays well, but it overwhelmingly seems like the company is working against us lol. I'm not the only one who feels this way, I'm just the only one who says shit.
