I’m over this job

I’ve been with this company for five years. In these five years I have had seven different district managers all of them with different rules in regards to paid time off and sick leave. My most recent district manager left last week and the interim district manager that I have has told me that I can’t use my PTO to pad my paycheck. I had been putting it in on days that I had off and no more than eight hours day. He says that his concern is that I will run out and it won’t be there when I need it. This is how I need it. I can’t afford to take a vacation because you haven’t given me a raise in five years. No other manager has cared that I have done this because it’s my paid time off and I can use it as I see fit.…

I can’t afford to take a vacation because you haven’t given me a raise in five years. No other manager has cared that I have done this because it’s my paid time off and I can use it as I see fit. I’m not accruing overtime and my store is staffed. I honestly don’t see what the problem is. It is not use it or lose it so I would get paid out this time at the end of the year anyway. And yes I have actively been looking for another full time job for the last five months. I have actively been looking for a part-time job in addition to my fill time job for the last two months. I honestly don’t even know what to do now.
