I love hate my job. My boss doesn't listen about how crazy the old people have gotten but yells at me for using words like aggressive well I'm sorry I don't know how else to describe tom using his solid wood Cain as a Louisville slugger on my ribs. Or sweet Alice trying to send me to Jesus before she gets to meet him. My coworkers are constantly belittling me and trying to put me in my place likes it totally normal for the new girl to start getting people ready for bed at 2 pm when they are telling her they aren't ready everyone does things differently. well if I tried that bad they would have let me know exactly where I effed up. they are old but mentally oriented. The list of Bs with this place is endless. The first giant red flag was the oh so scary thing to hear out your new bosses mouth we are family 2nd one was if state was to find out we would shut down 3th the owner/ manger let one of the residents get over 1/2 mile away twice but we all had the suffer because it was our fault some how? My boss has me working morning mids and nocts all in one week. I am often getting like 120 hours in a week without trying and you all know the government loves when you get overtime
Things I love i love my boss as person but not a boss I love these crazy ass ornery old farts even if I come home with bruises sometimes I even like my coworkers as coworkers we don't maintain any relationship out side of work
I just want to quit before I start day dreaming of burning the place down figuratively and my boss is always complementing my work and idk how ask for a letter of recommendation when I put my two weeks in
