I’m sick of being forced to be on camera

I hate being forced to be on camera, especially if I don't have to contribute to the meeting or it's some big one with a ton of people. As someone with ADHD who's always fidgeting and moving, I just feel completely exhausted having to sit still and stare at the screen. I went down a rabbit hole on if this is something other people are feeling and turns out there are actual legit studies done on this that forcing to be camera on makes you LESS productive, so it's crazy that so many managers are forcing this.
