Hello all!
I am a Dental Hygienist. I have been at my place of work for 3 years. This last year as been hell! The other hygienist has been bullying, and harassing me in various ways. (Changing my hours, checking my billing, reading my notes, shortening my appointments, gossiping, etc) Ultimately I believe it comes from jealousy.
I have found a new job and will be leaving the dental world for good!
Now my question, how do I write an impactful resignation letter. My boss has been made aware of situation between the other hygienist and I, however he could care less.
I want him to know I am leaving because of her and his ignorance. How do I word that properly and semi professional?
I plan on handing it in right before our 2 week Christmas break. I never signed a contract so I feel 2 weeks over the holidays is sufficient. Lol
