Indeed will tell us how to make our profile pop, like which assessments we should put time towards to make us a more stellar candidate, and how frequently we should message employers after applying so we can desperately get a response.
Indeed, I hope in turn you're telling employers “You know what makes your job ad stand out? Transparent job details and benefits.” “Do you want the best of the best? You should pay at least $25/hr” or “did you know companies offering flexible schedules have long lasting employees?”
Indeed should honestly verify their listings and ONLY post ones properly filled out. And I mean properly. Employers should have specific fields to detail their needed position, how many people they need, the true pay, and a BRIEF, no fanfare bio on their business. We don't need 5 paragraphs on your damn company. Don't want to list your pay? Oh well , guess you won't be posted on the job board.
Job ads that have no pay or benefits listed should be marked red for us. There should be an as easy “request salary and benefits info” button if they will allow listings like these to be posted. Screw it. I'll click it all day and spam them.
Indeed should work in favor of job applicants.
