Just got my raise for my annual review, boss tells me that im doing a great job and that I'm one of the best poeple in my position. Unfortunatly the raise i was given was less than the inflation rate this year. Meaning that im getting paid less than last year.
I confronted bossman with the fact that im not getting paid enough and he got mad and straight up said
“if you dont think thats good enough than leave.”
So anti-work got any suggestions?
