Past few weeks I have been finishing my masters and took holiday for this, as well as other family issues. Throughout this I kept telling the importance of my masters and how I couldn't work any more days than I could with the idea not to be contacted on days outside of work. Today I got an informal warning and I just can't process what is wrong with them. Especially when I'm on holiday. I'm i in the wrong? I don't know how to proceed.
