Would anyone rather see higher pay than excessive corporate parties and catered lunches?
I’d imagine renting out a place to host hundreds of employees with food, staff, unlimited drinks, entertainment etc costs a ton. And don’t get me started on the dinners that senior management goes on all the time.
Meanwhile they drone on and on about budget cuts.
Our company literally has a catered lunch for some team every single day. Thousands upon thousands of dollars that could be redistributed to employees annually.
