Like the tittle said. I went on an interview for position A. The interviewer was rude since the beggining which was a red flag to me, but anyways, they took me to the interview office and since the moment we sat down they started talking about position B and all the tasks the position will bring (which in the career I'm in sounded like they wanted me to work the job of three other human beings combined for the price of one)
I brought up that I actually wasn't interested in Position B and that I applied for Position A. They just stared at me and simply explained that they only need poeple for position B… Yet kept mentioning for the rest of the interview how shorthanded they are and need people in every fucking position and how they wish they had more poeple on the team.
I didn't take the job for a lot of reason other than this, but it pisses me off when they waste my time like this. If you're not looking for Positions A then why fucking advertise it??? Why wait until I'm sitting in front of you to tell me you actually don't want anymore people in that field? Just let me know ahead of time so I can look for a job somewhere else?
Am I just being dramatic?
