I've been applying to jobs and most of the time I don't even get a response. I finally got an in-person interview; I took the time to dress up and drive out there. 4 weeks later and no word. I called and emailed them, and it appears that they have decided to totally ghost me. It is a waste of my time and it's downright disrespectful.
