Is anyone else here a manager who reads this sub and never wants to be like some of the bosses described on here?

Been lurking this sub for a few months now. Just wanted to say that I work a low level management position I see how tough people have it and I'm trying my best to be a fair and respectful manager to my team, and hope that any other managers on here do the same!
