I've been trying to leave my job for years. I had an interview today, it seemed to go okay, had some iffy things, but the main thing is that they have PTO blackout during holiday. I have this at my current job and was really trying not to get another job with this requirement. Is it something every corporate retail environment is doing now? I don't want to turn down a job for something that isn't avoidable.
Edit: I'm asking about corporate retail specifically, not in store personnel.
