Is it ever worth it to follow up with a hiring manager

I was applying for a tutoring position for a remote company. I messaged the cofounder on LinkedIn, we talked and he introduced me to his dad over email who founded the company. Dad was excited, asked for my resume, sent more stuff over talking about what my role could be, etc. Said he could envision me expanding a particular division of teaching that is my expertise (computer science), etc. This was two Friday's ago. He asked for a couple times that I would be available, I responded that same day saying 'Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday after 10 AM EST'. Haven't got a response back. Worth sending a follow up or no?
